On behalf of Nabholz Construction Company, we would like to thank you for your participation in our Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP).
Like you, the Nabholz team assembled for the CCIP is dedicated to a safe work environment and we wish to join with you toward achieving that objective. Your participation in the CCIP is a key component of this collective effort.
The CCIP manual, found in the Library Section, contains important information about the CCIP and we encourage you to read and review it with your own insurance broker.

ACIG Insurance Company would like to welcome you to the Nabholz CCIP Program.  As your Workers Compensation carrier for this project, we have the following loss control services available to you, at no additional premium charge that can be provided at this CCIP project location:
 Safety and Health training                                               Analysis of accident causes                        Safety and health on-site surveys                            Consultations
 Accident/Incident investigation training                            Return-to-work programs                            Industrial Hygiene services*                                     Industrial Health services*
*These services can be provided at no additional charge to evaluate during the initial stages of determining if a hazard exists. Routine industrial hygiene and health services for known hazards are not included; however, ACIGIC has various third-party providers that can provide these services.

ACIG Insurance Company is required to provide its policyholders with certain accident prevention services at no additional cost as required by Arkansas Code Ann. 11-9-409(d) and AWCC Rule 32.
